When we are stressed out, our bodies go to work preparing us for a battle. Energy is taken from our regular functions (digestion, sex and thyroid function, sleep) and distributed to the heart, lungs and limbs in preparation for fight or flight response. 

If this goes on too long, we can suffer physically because we aren't sleeping, digesting or functioning properly. 

We become run down. 

Here's a simple tapping technique to reset the Central Nervous System so our system settles down. 

Do this before eating, sleeping or when you feel anxiety creeping up.

  • Place all five fingers in a straight row

  • Tap under your collar bones to the tune of a waltz for approx. 60 seconds
