Did you know that a strong, flexible core is at the root of almost everything you do? 

A weak, inflexible core can affect the strength of your arms and legs and can take power away from anything you do. 

As you build the strength in your core, you increase your power, balance and stability in every movement you do! However, while building up your abdominal muscles, it’s important to also work the muscles of your back and hips.

This is why the Dead Bug is a revered exercise for almost everyone, including people who are suffering from arthritis, the elderly, or people with chronic pain. 

It’s beneficial for developing core strength, improving overall stability and decreasing lower back pain. You can do it anywhere and there are many variations as you progress, or for when you start getting bored! 

Start with 1-4 sets of 5-10 reps!
