HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class
During each 30 minute HIIT class, we do:
6-8 mins of stretching
14-16 mins of high intensity interval training
modifications for all fitness levels
build your strength & get that blood flowing!
Stretch Class
During each 30 min stretch class, we will:
stretch from head to toe
do modifications for all fitness levels
feel more energized in the morning!
