  1. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class

    During each 30 minute HIIT class, we do:

    • 6-8 mins of stretching

    • 14-16 mins of high intensity interval training

    • modifications for all fitness levels

    • build your strength & get that blood flowing!

  2. Stretch Class

    During each 30 min stretch class, we will:

    • stretch from head to toe

    • do modifications for all fitness levels

    • feel more energized in the morning!
