THE MEMETHOD 15-MIN Core Workout

Never enough time to exercise? 😲

I bet you can squeeze in a few or all of these exercises in 15 minutes or less!

Last month, I showed you how to do the Glute Bridge to help strengthen your core - the key to improving your stability and balance, especially if you sit down most of the day for work.

Remember, a strong core includes the abdominal, hip and glute muscles!

Let's add 3 more core exercises, called CANDLESTICKS, CRUNCHES & LEG DROPS... and if you missed the Glute Bridge, I added a refresher at the end of the video.

You don't need any fancy equipment, just some floor space...

If time's a luxury for you, try a set or two between Netflix episodes, while you're waiting for water to boil or even before your next Zoom meeting while everyone's getting ready - you know, that awkward 3-5 minutes of watching people like Hollywood Squares? (Just make sure they can't see you!)
