I am enough.

Darja has a special message for you this Valentine's Day!

She talks about the negative patterns a lot of people go through in their health and mental-health journeys. Do some habits feel hard-wired?

Think about when it comes to New Year's resolutions, Valentine's Day, relationships, and how we feel when we look at ourselves in the mirror - we're likely our own worst critic.

“Many of us, at some point in our lives, have felt dissatisfied with our bodies. We obsess over one or more parts or the whole thing and wish life would have been a little kinder to us. We don’t like what we see in the mirror and we either can’t stop looking and obsessing over our flaws or we avoid our reflection altogether…”

You may be wondering what expressive arts is, or how it works...
For now, here's a little peek into her work:

"In our sessions, you can playfully and compassionately explore and express experiences, thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words by using different forms of art (no skill needed!). You’ll gain more self-awareness, freedom of expression, self-acceptance, and empowerment to make the changes you want!"
